To talk or for talking
A) I am not in the mood to talk now.
B) I am not in the mood for talking now.
Are they the same? Which one is correct to say?

They both technically make sense but "A" is the more natural one, and probably the only one you would ever hear or want to use. :)

I agree.
A is better.
I doubt you will hear " I am not in a mood for talking now" being spoken among native speakers. (:
