"Put the wire stripping ends on the same level" or "Align the stripping ends" Which one is correct? You can write right answer.

Do you mean "Strip the wires, twist the bare ends together, and then solder them?"

Are you talking about connecting two wires to complete a circuit? If the plastic insulation has been removed and the wire is exposed, you call that the stripped end. "On the same level" makes me think that a worktable or something extra is part of the instructions. At a guess, "Align the stripped ends" may be the sentence you need.
