I think that he is eager to please is different with "he is eager to be please", that he is eager to be please means that he please other people. is it right? thanks!

He is eager to please is the usual form. Saying "be" pleased sounds odd but could be intended to convey irony or scarcasm suggesting he expects others to treat him well.
