Is there a difference? 1. It is clear (that) he's lying. 그는 거짓말을 하고 있는 것이 분명하다 2. It's pretty obvious (that) the child is lying. 그 아이가 거짓말을 하고 있음이 분명하다 Both pretty much mean the same thing but I think the second one puts more emphasis on the fact that it's really obvious. Right?

The meaning is basically the same, just another way of relaying it.
