"Let your work speak yourself" what does this mean? I heard this phrase in the interview of Margot Robbie. The interviewer asked "What advice would you give young girls of the world?" and she answered "Let your work speak yourself". But I still don't get it. Could you help me?

I think what you heard was probably: "Let your work speak for itself"- this is a saying which means, you don't have to brag about yourself, or try to convince anyone of your potential or capabilities- if you do something well, then people will take notice of it, and can't deny your abilities. Does that make sense?
