Can I say the same in Present Perfec Simple? She has been travelling for three months. Can I say the same in Present Perfec Simple? For example like this: She has traveled for three months. Or I needed replace the word "for" by 'since' She has traveled since April.

The usual patterns are: "She has been travelling for three months" or ""She has been travelling since April"-- and she still is. "She traveled for three months" -- but it might have been a while ago and she has finished now "She has traveled for three months" -- but she has finished now, and that has a implication for the present, e.g. "She has traveled for three months already this year, and so she's staying at home until next year". "She has traveled since April" -- You'd usually say "has been travelling" instead, but this construction is possible in something like "She has traveled since April to get here, so she must need to do some laundry by now".
