Short translation
Instead of saying ''kare wa isunoueni suwarimasu''
could you say ''kare wa isu o suwatte Kudasai shimasu''
or how would you use the word ''shimasu''?

"Suwarumasu"is composed of "suwaru"and "shimasu" so "Suwarimasu"is already used in that sentence!!!
