Yes i do believe in it.In achieving a successful dialogue,first there must be credibility among negotiators to handle specially difficult issues.It is also very important that it has been thoroughly studied (the root cause)and having been consulted by different panels to finally come up with solutions acceptable to both parties involved.There should be compassion,patience and perseverance.An issue no matter how sensitive and complex,if both sides LISTEN and UNDERSTAND,there's no such as "unresolve issue".
