"View at churchyard" or "View of the churchyard" The view at the churchyard > the view you see when you are at the yard . The view of the courtyard > what you see when you look of the courtyard

If you are in the churchyard looking at something else, it is "view from the churchyard." If you are looking at the churchyard from another place, you would say "view of the churchyard." "View at the churchyard" isn't something you would say in English.
