The former is more detached, the latter is more direct. I would prefer the former, and add that I managed a group of 45 sales associates, removed 15 low performers and added 8 replacements while achieving a 104% increase in sales over one year. Hard facts, achievements, number and kind of employees supervised, etc., make for a strong resume.
But it is your resume, you must write it and own it. It is your future and in your hands entirely.
