I don't know what exactly you mean, but here is the sentence in Arabic :

"I feel like I'm behind, and I never understand what is happening/going on?": If I haven't kept up with my homework, and am falling behind in a class, what would be the equivalent to, "I feel 'behind'/not caught up?" I hope this helps Kelsey.

You better determine behind what in the sentence ?Like you are behind with your work ?With your payments ?? etc Determining that will make the translation more accurate in Arabic !

I think you meant by saying "behind" that u are not involve and out of the story in arabic we say "اشعر وكانني غير متابعة او غير متطلعة على اخر الاحداث وانا لا افهم شئ "
