Pronunciation I was watching a TV show where a guy said what I think is "Staying in town till you get yourself sorted" but the thing is, I only HEAR him like this "...tayin in town you get yourself sorted " Q: Am I hearing wrong? or is there some omissions on the every-day speaking that I'm not yet aware of? Thanks guys

It is fairly common to hear omissions like that in extremely casual speech, often times it can be common to a certain kind of accent or due to a lack of education. It is not correct though and you shouldn't feel the need to study it in any way.
