In Egyptian Arabic would be I'm sick = Ana 3yana (f) انا عيانه/ Ana 3ayan (m) = انا عيان I have cold = 3ndy bard عندى برد and it's for both genders I have a headache = 3ndy soda3 عندى صداع I have sore throat = 3ndy e7tqan fe el zoor عندى احتقان فى الزور My stomach hurts = batny btwga3ny بطنى بتوجعنى V. to have I have = 3andy = عندى He has = 3andoh = عنده She has = 3andaha = عندها You have = 3ndak = عندك They have = 3andohom = عندهم We have = 3andena = عندنا

"I'm sick" in Arabic: for female it "أنا مريضة ana mareeda" for male it's "أنا مريض ana mareed" in sham arabic it's the same, and in egyptian arabic it's "أنا عيان ana ayyaan" for male, and "ana ayyaana أنا عيانة " for female. "I have a cold" in Arabic: "ouaney men al anfelwanza أعاني من الأنفلونزا" for both male and female, and in egyptian arabic it's "أنا عندي برد ana aandy bard" also for both of male and female. "I have a headache" in Arabic: "ouaney men al sodaa أعاني من الصداع " , in Egyptian Arabic: "أنا عندي صداع ana aandy sodaa", both are for male and female. "I have a sore throat" in Arabic: "ouaney men ehitekaan al haalk أعاني من احتقان الحلق" , in egyptian arabic: "ana aandey ehitekaan fel zoorأنا عندي احتقان في الزور " or just "zoorey mohitakinزوري محتقن " all for male and female. "My stomach hurts" in Arabic: "maeedaty to'lemoney معدتي تؤلمني" , in egyptian arabic: "معدتي بتوجعني maeedety betogaany" or "batney betogaany بطني بتوجعني" for female and male.
