How can I express... I wanted to say "what you put in is what you get out" or better yet, "you get what you put in" How can I express that in spanish?

Ok you can say it in one of these ways: 1. Lo que pones dentro, lo pones fuera - This is the exact translation from English to Spanish. However, this sounds more natural to me: 2. Lo que das es lo que recibes - You receive what you give 3. Lo que mereces es lo que ganas - You get what you deserve I strongly recommend you the second one because it is the easiest one.
