Go to question What does "go to question" mean? e.x: we went to question him. Does it mean "we asked him some questions" OR "we doubted about him"?

To question something is to raise doubts about it, but to question somebody is to put questions to them, with an idea of it being assertive or official, e.g. "The police questioned him about his presence at the crime scene". If you went to question somebody, you went to where they were in order to question them.
