내가 귀찮게 할때도 있지만 그건 널 사랑하기 (좋아하기) 때문이야, 사과할게 (I am apologizing).
I apologized because of this - sounds like something had happened, and you apologized for it in the past. if this is the case, then "그 일은/그점은 사과했어 (past tense)".
