This chicken is raw on the inside. > This chicken is still uncooked (meat) inside. I can eat the chicken raw because I am so hungry ( Eat it uncooked) It could not have been cooked properly. It should have been cooked properly./ It must be cooked properly. It was not well cooked . You should/must cook it properly.
