"Tener ganas de.." is a common translation for the english phrase "I look forward to.." As In, "I look forward to meeting you" = "Tengo ganas de conocerte"

tener ganas de : want to ... feel up to .. be in the mood for ... tener ganas de hacer algo .. want to do something be in the mood for something .. feel like doing something ..

Hello Yasmin, The literal translation is 'I want to want to do something', but I think it may be better rewritten as "I need the motivation to do something" Best wishes Bob
