잘 다녀와! - This might me the correct answer. We don't use '안전하다' in this case. 잘 다녀와 literally means "go and return well." But it include safety and having a good time.

"Have a safe trip!" => 별일 없이 잘 도착하기 바라 (Hope you get there without trouble) / 안전한 여행 되기 바라.
