"journey","tour","trip","travel"...what is the difference? I don`t know in what context i use these words correctly !!

I think they're all similar, just different depending on the length of the trip. trip>travel>tour>journey If someone were to travel from New York to New Jersey for interview, I would ask "how was your trip?" because I am assuming there wasn't much that happened between the course of traveling from point A to point B. It wouldn't really be a journey. So you see up on the top I have placed them in order from smallest length of travel to greatest length of travel. If someone has second opinion please tell, I'd like to know as well =)
