What do you think about the overtime without paid?

In the US, there are labor laws which require payment if the person holds a job which is classified as "non-exempt," that is, paid hourly.

in Australia, if you work overtime you have to get the correct overtime pay. Overtime without pay, if that happens the employer is just taking advantage of employees, which is no good.

I work at the bank and I work overtime everyday without extra payment. But I do need the job, I can only accept it.
