I want to be an interpreter, but i find that i can't keep listening for long. I can't grasp all the information. And i want to be a good English learner.

You have to understand the situation that you are interpreting.
If you often do one kind of interpreting maybe for golfing, then you would get used to many golf terms and it would get easier and easier.  Just keep doing it and you will get used to it.
