If this is an oral speech then it's fine to write whatever you want. Best to have another outline or a guideline so you know what to say next instead of reading every single word directly from the paper. It's best to make constant eye contact with everyone and not keep your head down reading the paper.

1. you use to many (,) commas
2. your writing is all run in together, you need to make at least 2 or 3 paragraphs
3. always use quote marks (" ") when quoting someone "John F Kennedy quote"
