Hi Krifjek.  To start with, a basic book of English grammar will help you and then this site may be useful http://www.italki.com/knowledge/contribution-Spoken+English.htm
You can also go up to Find a language partner at the top of the page and email some of the English native speakers who appear on the list. Good luck.
