"May happiness be with you always, wherever you go" is the correct expression. It is used for wishing people happiness on the occasion of their wedding, engagement, birthday etc. Sympathy is expressed in this way: Please accept our sincere sympathy/ condolences on the sad passing of your father/mother/brother
