In America people joke about how everything here is made in China. From what I understand China is very big in manufacturing, and America is a big client of theirs. But I don't know if manufacturing would be very profitable for you, as you would probably run into a lot of strong and well-established competition.

Well considering Wal-Mart comprises 10% of Chinese exports, it's most things sold there. Anything from clothing, toys, sports goods, house hold items. As for starting a business, I'm assuming you want to become a supplier to another country, and unless you plan on being an intermediary, it would be safe to say that anything you plan on producing is already being produced in mass quantities.
