can anybody help me with writing?
1. Creative artists should be given extra freedom to express their ideas. However, some people think the government should put some restrictions on them. To what extent do you agree or disagree.

Write an outline.
1. Intro + Your thesis statement or main topic: you agree because....; you disagree because....
2. Explain your reason why.
3. Personal experience if this has happened to you or not.
4. Other sources of where this might have happened.
5. Then conclude with what you said in the beginning and close it off
This should get you 4-5 or more paragraphs.
