How to call from Germany to China , best way ?

I want to know how is the best/ cheapest way to call from Germany to China. Maybe anyone knows how to do this ? And i can´t use Skype !

Although you can`t use Skype,you should use qq or msn.I think a best way that you call from Germany to China is using qq,because many chinese use qq to talk .If you want use qq ,I can help you.

I guess there are some local international calling cards sold at your local stores. Before, my friends used to call from Australia and the phone card is really cheap.
