Is it correct to say this?? (Beginner level Korean)
우리 남편이 술 마시면 안돼요. 친구 하고 마시든 친구 하고 마시지 않든 그래도 안돼요. 우리 종교 그리고 우리 남편의 건강 때문에, 난 허용하지 못해요
What I meant is:
It won't be okay if my husband drank (alcohol), whether it be with his friends or not, it would still be unacceptable. Because of our religion and my husband's health, I can never allow that.

Yours sounds quite natural, good job :) however this way is how I would translate.
우리 남편은 술마시면 안 돼요. 친구랑 마시든 누구랑 마시든지간에 무조건 안 돼요. 종교랑 남편 건강문제 때문에 절대 용납 못합니다.
