I know this is in the wrong section but it only gave me the option to choose English.
How can I say "I know. I was just saying for you to take care of yourself."
Please give me the formal and informal version. Thank you very much.

"I know. I was just saying for you to take care of yourself."
=> 알아요. 그냥 몸조심하시란 말이었어요. (formal)
=> 알아. 그냥 몸조심하라는 뜻이었어. (informal)
* 알아(요) = I know.
* 그냥 = just.
* 몸조심하다 = take care of oneself.
* -라는 말이다, -라는 뜻이다 = I mean that ...
