Hi, This is how I suggest you phrase your question: What/When is a good time for you to have lunch?

The first sentence should be "what is A good time to have lunch for you ? " And your question should be "are these two sentences THE same ?" The answer is that they are both the same, and correct English. However, I think saying it this way is more common and sounds more natural: "what is a good time for you to have lunch? "
