Are both sentences the same? What's everything in there? What all's in there?

Yes. You can ask both questions and receive the same response. However, the second sentence: "What all's in there?" is incorrect. It is properly written as: "What's all in there?" "What's" is the same spelling as "What is." Therefore, "all's" is the same spelling of "all is." The incorrect way of the second sentence is "What all is in there?"
