Y: "Okay, but in another one of your blog posts you said you didn't like the Lakers. What made you change your mind about them?
OR
"Okay, but in one of your other blog posts you said you didn't like the Lakers. What made you change your mind about them?"

I would omit the word 'one' from your first option, the second option is fine.
