¿De qué trata? sé que acerca de algún problema de Vueling. Pero what´s the whole thing about?

Ryanair had a very bad image among its customers (delays, flights cancelled...) and these clients made jokes about it.
For years the opinion of passengers about Vueling has been very positive, but for three days Vueling had many delays and cancelled flights, so that opinion changed and people started making jokes about Vueling, more even than about Ryanair.

¡Hola Oneiro! The journalist is talking about some managerial problems that the company had in June, at the beginning of Summer holidays. There were a lot of delays and cancellations, and every year happens the same. Ryanair was well-known in Spain due to these problems, but now Vueling is earning this reputation.
