The classes must have gotten cancelled due to heavy rains. Please tell me about the usage of MUST HAVE GOTTEN CANCELLED. Is it correct ? If not kindly tell me the correct usage.

What exactly do you want to know? Usage of which word or phrase? Please be more specific. British English speakers generally don't use the word "gotten". It's more common in the USA. You will meet people (my old English teacher) who will say that it's not correct English, but that's really a matter of opinion. I would prefer to use the passive form. The classes must have been cancelled. This sounds more elegant to me.
