In a word "practice".
Your question is rather "open-ended" and it is impossible to advise you simply or briefly. One thing to remember about English (as with many languages) is that grammar will help you learn a language but it won't always help you to use it, certainly when speaking. So, listening to English and trying to understand it and then use it are far more important than learning all of the various grammatical terms.
Keep it simple at the start and work towards more complicated grammar as you learn. Don't try to run before you can walk.
Good luck!
