Hi Lolita The second sentence is correct - but only if you remove the question mark. "Your English is better than mine," is a statement. So there should not be a question mark. "Is your English better than mine?" would be the correct question.

(your english is better than mine )is the correct wihout the question mark ! and if u wanted to make it as question u can say (is your english better than mine ? )
