What happens is that business in that context is not consider a countable noun, and you use "a few" with things you can count. So I agree with Chris. That would be the best way to say it :)

A native English speaker would most likely say "I have some business to attend to". Example: I need to leave right now. I have some business to attend to (I have something I need to do).
