Which one is ti? Or, both? Your test results are just fine. Is he a patient or a student?

I suppose it could be both but I'd say you'd assume it was a doctor talking to a patient. There are words like grade/score/mark/percentage that could make it more specific to a test that a student might do and I think a teacher would probably use the past tense in that context.

Both are correct. Also, "Your test results came back just fine." I wonder in what context you would use the second one though?
