“Can’t be bothered” expresses an unwillingness to do something. You could be tired, lazy, not having enough time or just not in the mood. Depending on the context other ways of saying it could be: I don’t have time for this right now I don’t have the energy for this right now. I’m too lazy/tired to deal with this right now. I’m not in the mood for this right now.
