I don't understand Hotel staff will find themselves in situations where they will have to take some action that will affect the guest. Q1. Why used 'find themselves in situation' instead of 'meet situations' Q2. Why uesd 'where' instead of 'that' Would you help me please? :)

We meet people but not situations. We use "where," instead of that in situations *where* the subject of the sentence (in this case the hotel staff) will be actively doing something. So we would say: "This is a situation where I need to think carefully." but "This is a situation that calls for careful thought."
