Use of "WILL" and "BE GOING TO" Sometimes I have a doubt when I should use "Will" or "going to" to represent the future. I have studied these rules but I will probably make any mistakes because I don´t practice as much as I would like. The question is : This confusion is very common in the learning ? The English native will be able to understand ?

Don't worry. Many English learners find it hand to do this kind of exercises. When you talk with native speakers, your prononciation and stress are more important than grammar.

I'm sure a native speaker will understand you if you make a mistake. Have you heard of "Essential Grammar in Use" or "Grammar in Use"? These books helped me a lot.
