Does this sentence has any grammatical mistake? Prepositions are fundamental in English, involved the concept and logic of English expressing.

The main clause is correct but the second (subordinate clause) is wrong and has no clear meaning. You would need "involving" instead of "involved". My guess at your meaning is something like this: "Prepositions are fundamental to how English is expressed logically." I don't know how you intended to use the word "concept". I recommend that you write your idea as simply as possible.
