"He often waits at least five minutes for the tram" is correct in American English. Most commonly spoken might be this way: "He usually waits at least five minutes for the tram."

Hi Agnieszka, 'He often waits at least five minutes for the tram'. is the correct word order. You could also have 'He often waits for the tram for at least five minutes' although the first one is better as it is shorter. I just added 'for' to the second sentence to show the length of time that he waits for the train. I hope that helps! Greg
