What is the meaning of "at a stand"
This sentence is from the IELTS test.
They had a vedio with all the highlights of the festival at a stand in the lobby to the library, so I heard them.

A stand is a small display. Often on a table. Maybe with photos on an easel so people can see it easily. Here, I am guessing a table with a small television screen freestanding in a corner or at the side of the lobby.
