"How do I use second, third and mixed conditionals?" (We never write, "How to use...?") I guess you already know what they look like, so here's how you use them. Second conditional is used for PRESENT or FUTURE situations which are unlikely or impossible. Third conditional is used for PAST situations which didn't happen, ie. the situation is completely imagined. You use mixed conditionals as you need them.
