sentences to correct How much time do you sacrifice/dedicate to learn foreign languages? or How much time do you sacrifice/dedicate for learning foreign languages? How much time do you spend a day to learn every language? How many hours a day do you learn German? Thanks in advance!

Hello Agnieszka, Although Jesse is correct, I would say that 'dedicate time to learning...' sounds more natural. (This is one of those rare occasions where 'to' is not followed by an infinitive!) The third sentence needs a little more work - How much time do you spend learning every language a day? (Phrase is spend time + verb-ing) Best wishes Bob

You can use either sacrifice/ dedicate: How much time do you sacrifice/ dedicate to learning foreign languages? "dedicate"- to set (time) apart for a special use (to learn a foreign language). "sacrifice"- you give away something valuable (time) to gain something of value (a new language). (The other sentences are fine) Hope this helps! ;)
