يخرج من البيت كل صباح is correct. في means (in/ during) here, and there's no need for it in this sentence, because يخرج من البيت في كل صباح means: He goes out of the house (in/during) every morning. So you can see that it doesn't sound natural and the sentence without it sounds better.
