Are these phrases native ? 1. Fried eggs over easy 2. Fried eggs over medium 3. Fried eggs over hard 4. Sunny side up 5. hard boiled eggs 6. soft boiled eggs 7.poached eggs 8 scrambled eggs I got those phrases on internet and I also know the meaning , but I'm not sure if they are native or if they are most commonly used in your daily life ,thank you so much if you could tell me. By the way , I ever read an article written by a Chinese who said the waiter in American restaurant didn't understand the meaning when she said " boiled egg " ( egg with shell ) ,I don't know it is due to her bad prounciation or bad expression. Thank you so much

These are correct except that you wrote "egges" and you wrote "pouched" instead of "poached."

I haven't ever heard of fried eggs over medium, or fried eggs over hard. But fried eggs over easy is correct, but you could just say, "Eggs over easy." and it would sound more natural. The rest are correct and sound fine.
