Is this sentence OK? (somoone was in an accident) He couldn't be saved despite all medical efforts.And, how would you say it another way? I have the looks.

That sounds about right to me! You could also say, "Despite medical efforts, he could no be resuscitated"

Yes. Okay. You could also say "He couldn't be saved in spite of all medical efforts". "I have the looks" = "I am beautiful" or "I am handsome" (a very vain thing to say)
